ePodpis system
ePodpis system allows to:
- upload documents to sign from other Poznan University of technology systems,
- uploading documents to sign by users,
- sign documents,
- stamping documents with qualified university stamp.
In order to apply a qualified signature, an employee must:
- have a purchased qualified certificate,
- have access to a cryptographic card reader.
To order a qualified certificate, use the order form.
Guidelines for completing the form can be found in the instructions for obtaining a qualified set.
The university’s qualified stamp may be used by:
- other systems of Poznań University of Technology,
- employees of Poznań University of Technology who have been authorized to do so.
